HT Aftermarket Products LLC warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use and service. All products are warranted for (12) months from installation, but not more than (18) months from date of manufacture. Except mechanical seal warranties which are limited to start-up failures. HT Aftermarket Products obligations shall be limited to the repair of parts or replacement of any part at its option and/or the service facility where purchased. Warrantees shall not apply to any product which have been subject to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, tampering, negligence, damage by flood, fire or act of God or where the goods have been improperly installed, maintained or subjected to certain types of and/or improperly applied with water treatment or other system additives. HT Aftermarket Products shall not be liable for costs of removal, installation, service, labor or transportation charges or for damages for delay caused by defective material or workmanship or for personal injuries or damage to property. The above warranties are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or im-plied. No other person is authorized or permitted to make any warranty or assume for us any liability not strictly in accordance with the foregoing. Exception: Sleeve bearings (HT-6RBK and HT-60RBK) Premature bearing failure, predominately the inboard bearing (impeller side) is not a result of an inferior bearing. It is a result of the pump being oversized and not balanced per system demand. Bronze sleeve bearings can not tolerate any excessive axial or radial loads. These loads are generated when a pump is oversized causing it to run off its curve. Pump must be system balanced after repair, or impeller to be trimmed to match system conditions.
